Recipes for Lunch

Traditional Greek Salad
Dice cucumbers, tomatoes and fetta cheese. Pick oregano, parsley and rocket off the stems. Slice onions thinly. Toss all ingredients together, including the olives. For the dressing: combine 25 mls balsamic vinegar with 50 mls olive oil and pour over the salad. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Serve with fresh oven-baked bread
Chicken & Avocado in Turkish Flat Bread
Warm Turkish flat bread and chicken meat in oven. Make a sandwich with all the ingredients and top with mustard and vinaigrette dressing.
Steak Sandwich
Cut bread into four pieces and warm in oven. Sprinkle steak with rosemary and cook to your liking. Place steak in bread, top with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and dressing.
